Part of a ecosystem to develop omnichannel strategies to gain and manage opt-ins. Particularly interesting when moving into new TA's with new customer groups and for biotechs (focused on rare diseases) from the US who are moving into Europe and require more digital-heavy GTM models. Still seeing the need for providing strong omnichannel campaigns to firstly gain the opt-ins, but then make strong use of the opt-ins once they are gathered.

"Keeping the Bastards Honest". One can tell who people are at their core by the priorities they set! Controlled Greed/ Capitalism is good! Rampant Greed must be controlled! All that is reasonable to you and your family!
So how far right of centre is Varun Ghosh in his politics? No matter he couldn't possibly pull this mob any further right than they are at present! Where is he on leaving people behind below the Poverty Line battling out of control rent inflation, rent inflation that his executive government college's instigated through prioritizing easy growth figures over due care and attention of Australian Under Employed and others via ramping up immigration to record numbers into the tightest essential shelter/home markets of all time. Where is he on the ALP courting the Ultra right Dutton Coalition to join them in passing tax changes thereby denying the Independent Senators the opportunity to push for equality for those left behind below the Poverty Line? Where is he on the"Labor" Government embracing the Ultra right Morrison Gov tropes and policies that results in those with 20, 30, 40 years of work ethic behind them being disrespected and virtual label doll bludgers when no fault of their own can't procure a permanent fulltime award waged position to lift themselves to the Poverty Line, are left below the Poverty Line. Or will he drag this government back to just left of centre where it should be?

How should you show up at an association event or conference? I had the privilege of attending the LeadingAge California BOLD Age Annual Conference this week. Jeannee Parker Martin, Kevin Tuuaga, Soua Vang, and so many others orchestrated a remarkable environment that fostered learning, growth, and most importantly, a sense of community among industry professionals. As a sales professional, I've often pondered about the best way to approach these events. What are my priorities? What do I hope to gain? What can I contribute? These questions have led me to some valuable insights over the years. Let me offer three suggestions . . . 1) Focus on making friends. Over the course of the 10 years that I have attended this conference, I've made lifelong friends. Individuals who would share a meal with me, visit me in the hospital if I was sick, and join me in celebrating some of the significant accomplishments of my life. This is the real value of these conferences—the friendships you develop over the years. 2) Make a contribution. Mary Muñoz from Ziegler received the Award of Honor because of her contribution to the association and its members over her long and distinguished career. I was inspired by how she “led to” and worked with the members side by side to elevate the experience of older adults. Yes, she sold her service and earned some business along the way, but not because of her slick one-minute pitch, but because she used her gifts, skills, and abilities to make a contribution to the members of the association. 3) Offer encouragement. Instead of leading with what you do, commend others for their work, their contribution to the industry, and their impact on others' lives. Most people don’t hear those things often enough (thank you, Tiffany Karlin) Play the long game. Invest. Help. Encourage. Support. And then, I think you'll find that good business, the right business, comes as a result.

Yesterday our DE-CIX team celebrated reaching 16.6 Tbps peak traffic in Frankfurt. To make the occasion even sweeter, we enjoyed a delicious cake that perfectly symbolised our achievement. 🍰 I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of my incredible colleagues: Each and every one of you played a vital role in making this happen! WHEN IT COMES TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING, THE PUBLIC AND TAXPAYERS MUST ASK: AT WHAT COST TO THE TAXPAYERS AND HOW LONG IS THE AFFORDABILITY PERIOD? EVERY TAXPAYER SHOULD BE ASKING THEIR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS: 1. How much local, state, and federal funding, tax credits, density bonus increase, waivers of impact fees, or other government benefit or incentive did the project receive? 2. What is the affordability period for each project and, if the affordability period is not in perpetuity or permanent, WHY NOT? 3. What guarantees exist that tenants in the affordable housing units will not be displaced after an "affordability period expires? Any LOCAL, STATE or FEDERAL official that does not MANDATE "permanent" affordability periods or affordability "IN PERPETUITY" for any project receiving some government benefit is commiting MALFEASANCE and should quit, be removed from office or be terminated. IN MOST CASES WHEN IT COMES TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING, the public and taxpayer are being fooled into thinking their elected and appointed officials are solving problems, when in fact, all hey have done is "KICK THE CAN DOWN THE ROAD" to burden a future generation with the same problem or crisis!
