Its not often that companies open up their hearts and minds to their competitors and peers, but on March 28th at the Chester Hotel, Aberdeen, Shell UK, AF Offshore Decom and Able UK will do exactly that, and share events at their facilities that did not go well; what happened, why it happened and what they have done to prevent recurrence.
This will be lessons learned on steroids.
We will also have Kishorn Port Ltd showing us how they are setting up for success on their current project and beyond, while MRS Training and Rescue will demonstrate how to stay safe while working in enclosed spaces.
Step Change in Safety will describe what's in their safety toolbox.
The day will conclude with a workshop to capture the key issues and actions to take forward, which will be recorded in 'Menti'.
If safety is on your decommissioning agenda, then this event should be on your agenda too.
