𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞, but the reality is that while it's a period of celebration for some, it can absolutely be a period of sadness for others. I've experienced both joy and sadness across the years over different holidays, and I just wanted to put this out as a bit of a gentle statement to my network. -- If you've lost a family member or close friend and this is your first Thanksgiving and Christmas without them, I am thinking of you today. -- If you've suffered a major setback in the last year job-wise or otherwise, and find yourself in this season of the year reflecting on that in ways that are painful for you, I'm thinking of you today. -- If you're in spot where little joy is visible today, my hope is that you are able to find joy in the cracks and spaces where joy exists and that you are able to extrapolate that feeling into other areas of your world. In short, if you're in my network, I wanted to extend a Happy Thanksgiving from my family to you and yours today. As we near the end of 2024, I wish you fulfilment, contentment, and peace in the days ahead. May we balance the wheel between celebration of our accomplishments, fellowship with our loved ones, and (where necessary) learning our lessons along the road from here to 2025.

As we celebrate this wonderful Christmas season and prepare to welcome the New Year, let’s take a moment to reflect on those who are struggling, struggling with loneliness, violence, hunger, and so much more. Amidst the joy and festivities, let’s remember to approach life with realism, moderation, and gentleness. Let’s extend compassion to ourselves and the people around us. As the New Year begins, let’s resist the urge to burden ourselves with unrealistic resolutions that only add pressure and stress. Instead, let’s shift our perspective. Choose love, kindness, and self-acceptance as the foundation for change. Our minds naturally resist anything they feel forced to do. So, instead of imposing harsh rules, create an environment that encourages positive growth. Approach your goals with a sense of ease and favorability. Too much pressure can break us, but kindness can heal us. Let this New Year be about kindness: to yourself, to others, and to the world around you. Let’s lead with love and create a more compassionate future together. Happy New Year ♥️ With love Zina

In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, focusing on what we lack rather than what we have. We may measure our success by the latest gadgets, our job titles, or the number of followers on social media. But true gratitude comes from recognizing the simple yet profound elements of our existence. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, let us cultivate an attitude of gratitude that extends beyond this holiday. By regularly reflecting on what we’re thankful for, we can foster a more joyful and fulfilling life. So this Thanksgiving, take a moment to pause, reflect, and appreciate the abundance that surrounds you. What are you truly thankful for? Let that question guide you as you celebrate this season of gratitude.

As we celebrate Thanksgiving, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the many things that shape our lives—both professionally and personally. Whether you’re in a career you love or one that feels like a stepping stone, there’s always something to be thankful for. For those in a position you love, cherish the moments that inspire you daily, the challenges that push your limits, and the opportunities that allow you to grow. For those in roles that feel less fulfilling, remember this: every experience, no matter how small, contributes to your journey. Gratitude has a way of transforming perspective, and with the right mindset, every step forward becomes meaningful. Beyond the professional sphere, I’m reminded of how critical family and friends are in this journey. Their unwavering support, words of encouragement, and even the occasional tough love often become the driving force behind our ability to achieve greatness. Having people who believe in your potential—even when you might doubt it yourself—is invaluable. This Thanksgiving, I’m deeply thankful for the lessons learned, the growth experienced, and the people who’ve been my anchors and motivators. No matter where you are in your career journey, take a moment to give thanks—for the opportunities, the challenges, and the people who make it all worthwhile. Wishing everyone a season filled with gratitude, reflection, and inspiration to keep pushing toward greatness. Happy Thanksgiving! #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #CareerGrowth #Motivation #SupportSystem

Here’s the truth: I don’t have all the answers, and I’m far from perfect at this whole social media thing. 🙈 There are days I overthink EVERYTHING—from what to post to whether my messages come across the way I intend. But you’ve reminded me of something profound: people don’t connect with perfection; they connect with authenticity. As we celebrate the holidays, I’ve been reflecting on the power of genuine connection. This year has been a journey of showing up as my messy, human, real self—and discovering that those real, meaningful connections are what matter most. When I send a message, it’s not just about a post; it’s about building partnerships, brightening someone’s day, or simply being there. That’s the magic of authenticity, and it’s been incredible to witness how these relationships can transform not just a business but a life. So, if you’re here reading this, know that I see you, and I appreciate you more than words can say. You’re not just a follower or a number—you’re a part of this journey, and I’m so grateful we’re building something beautiful together. Let’s make 2025 the year of connection—real, lasting, and full of meaning. Stay close because there’s so much more ahead. Wishing you all a joyful and peaceful holiday season filled with love and light.

🎄 A Thoughtful Christmas Eve Reflection 🎁 It’s Christmas Eve—a time filled with joy, warmth, and a little holiday magic. But beyond the gifts and celebrations, it’s also a chance to pause and reflect. Here are a few thoughts I wanted to share that feel especially meaningful today: 1️⃣ Cherish Your Relationships: Whether it’s family, friends, or colleagues, this season is a reminder of how important it is to show gratitude and care. A simple “thank you” or a kind gesture can leave a lasting impact. 2️⃣ Look Ahead with Purpose: The new year is just around the corner. What’s one goal you’re excited to chase? Take a moment to dream big—and maybe jot down a few ideas to make it happen. 3️⃣ Give Generously: This doesn’t just mean gifts. Your time, your attention, and your kindness are some of the most valuable things you can share. Even the smallest act can brighten someone’s day. As we wrap up the year, let’s focus on what truly matters. For me, it’s about being present for the people I care about and building toward a future I’m proud of. Wishing you a peaceful and happy holiday season. Merry Christmas Eve! 🌟🎅 #ChristmasEve #Gratitude #Growth #Kindness
