Happy Friday - #TGIF! Meet Joseph Kamin, #GeneralManager at Pioneer Industries (PI). Joe is relatively new at PI and responsible for our aerospace businesses that encompass over 100 employees in both our #AerospaceManufacturing plants (PI) in #Seattle, and the Pioneer Distribution Center in #Fife, WA. The GM role requires a #BusinessLeader that focuses on safety, quality, delivery, hands-on management and accountability of the profit and loss (P&L) for the business. Joe shared, "My role also focuses on the overall health and wellbeing of our employees and culture. I have the privilege of leading a very experienced team of #AerospaceProfessionals who take great pride in the work and relationships they have established in a very challenging industry." Joe added, "PI focusses on providing #SecondChances to individuals with conviction histories. We hire men and women released from jail and prison to work in the #AerospacePartsManufacturing industry and assist them in building a career and new chapter in their lives.
