Thanks to the unique FCB Rhodax® technology, these plants will enable 100% of demolition concrete to be recycled in Taiwan, Portugal and Turkey.

This unique technology stands out for its in-bed selective grinding process optimizing the liberation of concrete components. Combined with the FCB TSV™ dynamic Classifier, it ensures optimum recovery of the three constituents of incomparable quality, transforming demolition concrete into a fully recoverable resource.

🏗️Success story: EDAR Glina, Romania🏗️
JSF aluroofs® has completed the installation of over 6,789 m² of alugreca® roofs at the EDAR Glina wastewater treatment plant in Romania. This project is part of the plant's expansion and modernization, designed to treat more than one million cubic meters daily by 2040, serving 2,400,000 people in Bucharest.
The project was executed by a consortium led by Aqualia and FCC Construcción, a client of JSF aluroofs®. The work included the construction of a new pretreatment line, a new biological treatment line with a capacity of 8.9 m³/s, 24 secondary settling tanks, and the expansion of sludge dewatering facilities.
📐Technical challenges in this success story
The installation took place under adverse weather conditions, with snow and cold, while the plant remained operational.
✔️Snow loads of 2kN/m² with no intermediate pillars
✔️ Spans exceeding 30 meters without intermediate pillars
✔️Primary sludge mixing tanks: 121 m² and 196 m²
✔️ Odor treatment tank: 784 m²
✔️ Digestive sludge buffer tank: 400 m²
✔️ Excess sludge storage tanks: 4,032 m²
✔️ Primary sludge thickeners: 1,256 m²
