Did a bit of light bedtime reading last night and finished going through HubSpot's January 2024 product updates document - all 81 pages! What are some of your favorite updates? Mine are: 1. Enrolling contacts in a sequence on behalf of their contact owner. You should've seen the workaround I created for a company with a complicated sales territory a year ago. So glad this is available now! 2. A/B testing sequence steps. I love a good test, and this is the perfect way to optimize your sales outreach. 3. Drag and drop reordering in HubDB tables. This one might seem small to many, but when you're dealing with rowwwws of HubDB, drag and drop is such a huge time saver!

This is what version one of a blocklist looked like between Smartlead and HubSpot. Taking updated contacts and pushing to Smartlead. Simple, right? Spoiler alert... Not so much. We've spent many, many engineering hours working on our blocklist sync. It's a mission critical feature for outbound teams with high visibility. Lots of edge cases. And no margin for error. Then we get surprises. Like when a customer selected a list of over 600,000 contacts. On Monday, we're going to release the latest improvement to #HubSpot <> Smartlead block list syncing that's going to be a game-changer for blocking lists of competitors, suppliers, and other companies that may not have contacts in your CRM—and you don't want to email.
