Have you ever mentioned something small, and it led to a pleasantly surprise moment? I recently had an unexpected and thoughtful experience during my summer vacation in Copenhagen that reminded me of the power of personal connections. My family and I briefly met a hotel staff member, Asta, while sharing an elevator ride earlier that day. We chatted for just a moment, remarking on the delicious truffle-flavoured chips she was carrying in a basket. Nothing more than small talk, but to our surprise, later that evening, we found those very same chips waiting for us in our room, accompanied by a thoughtful note: "We met in the elevator and you told me you liked these chips. I left extra for you, enjoy it!" This simple act of kindness completely made our day, and became one of the good memories of our stay—an example of how a small, personalised gesture can leave a lasting impression. Experiences like these illustrate the power of small, thoughtful gestures—whether in everyday life or in business. It’s a reminder of how noticing the little things can leave a lasting impact. This is something I appreciate about working with Kris Rudeegraap and the team at Sendoso, where personalised gifting is about creating meaningful, authentic connections. Two new updates to the Sendoso product are live now! Send As: The ability to send a gift offer on behalf of another teammate in your Sendoso account. (Example: ABM marketer sending on behalf of sales, EA sending on behalf of executive, etc...) Party Link Pre-Approval: Generate a 1-to-many custom landing page that allows you to choose a set number of recipients or a pre-built audience who will automatically be approved when they redeem the gift. (Example: I'm running a webinar and I want everyone to be able to redeem a gift if they click the link in my follow up email, or I'm an event marketer who wants to put a QR code at my booth for passerby's to redeem a gift) Check them out below!
