Another fantastic #vComOnTheRoad event in the #BigApple. It was great to spend time with several of our customers and prospects and enjoy a terrific meal with great dialogue last night! GREAT conversations about everything from fine wine and French Laundry; to the efficiency of the Japanese Train System (Shinkansen); topping it off with a great dialogue about #ai and how different heads of IT are leveraging #generativeAI in their organizations to create efficiency. I had the opportunity to share our vision at vCom Solutions of #ai as a great catalyst for #efficiency and #automation, particularly in the #ITSpendManagement space. There are many 'paid for' ways of getting attention in our industry. However, when you are asked, with 'no commercials or strings attached', to present your proprietary intelligence in front of a senior retail industry audience, it's quite an honour and accolade. At Shoptalk Europe in Barcelona in March, we shared insights into the correlation of financial value gained by those that 'have' certain SEEC capabilities v those that have not. The session that I will speak at in Vegas is on Day 1 (Oct 7th), Track 3 on the topic of '𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬'. In collaboration with Ben Miller and his team, we have agreed to present fresh intelligence on what it truly takes to be leaders in digital commerce.
