If you are a guy 40+ who has not had luck reaching your health and fitness goals here are four items you should look for in a fitness program: 1) You need to have a program designed for guys over 40, our bodies have changed. You can’t train like your in your 20’s anymore. 2) The focus of your training should be on how you feel and move. It doesn’t mean you’re training like a 90-year-old, it means you want more strength and control through all the movements you want to do in Life, sports, and activities. 3) You’re going to have to train more components. Almost every guy I’ve screened needs mobility work and it’s way more important than you think. 4) Since you’re busy, and you have more components you need to Work on, you want your training to be very efficient & effective for max return on investment. I advise full body Strength workouts, alternating Exercises to keep your heart rate up using an interval timer.
