🎁 When was the last time you truly surprised your clients? In a world of transactional relationships, taking the time to say “thank you” in a meaningful way sets you apart. Here’s why showing gratitude matters: 1. It builds trust. When clients feel appreciated, they’re more likely to trust and continue working with you. 2. It strengthens relationships. A thoughtful gesture turns a professional connection into a genuine partnership. 3. It creates memorable moments. Your clients won’t remember the last email you sent, but they’ll remember how you made them feel. Gratitude doesn’t have to be expensive Or extravagant—it just has to be authentic. Whether it’s a handwritten note, a personalized gift, or even just a heartfelt message, those small touches can make a big impact. I’ll never forget the time that Erin Hanlon from 1-Tom-Plumber Franchise HQ sent me a plunger This holiday season, remember that clients are more than just a number on a spreadsheet. They’re people who chose to trust us with their livelihood. Thank you so much for your trusting us Kasey Skala It means the world to me and everyone else at Bright Pink Agency
This might be the coolest holiday gift I’ve received. Delicious chocolate advent calendar! Kudos Bright Pink Agency. I’m grateful for our partnership. Madalina Iordache, CFE Matthew Cancino

Gratitude is often a quiet force that sustains us throughout our journey. As we chase success, accolades, and glory, it’s easy to forget the foundational wisdom, encouragement, and mentorship that helped us reach these heights. Behind every milestone, every step forward, there are those who shared their advice, their time, and their belief in us when we might not have believed in ourselves. These individuals are often the unsung heroes in our story, whose impact is immeasurable yet crucial. It's important to take a moment to reflect and express gratitude for those who have been our guides, pushing us beyond our limits and challenging us to grow. They’ve provided us with the tools and perspective needed to reach the next level, even when the road seemed unclear. In a world that celebrates individual achievements, let’s not forget to honor those who believed in us, and continue to offer wisdom and inspiration in ways we often overlook. Their contributions are just as vital as the successes we celebrate. Today, let's pause and say thank you — for their advice, their encouragement, and their presence in our lives. The journey to success is never just ours; it's shared with those who lift us higher.

This year has been a journey of growth, transformation, and unexpected connections—both personally and professionally. After leaving Texas and relocating to Flagstaff, AZ, we couldn’t have predicted where the year would take us. But sometimes, the universe has a way of surprising you. It was on a rainy day at the Waste Management Tournament, when Adam reconnected with our college friend Brandon Graves, that the spark for my entry into the healthcare world was ignited. What began as a casual catch-up between old friends quickly turned into something much bigger. I found myself drawn into an industry that I never saw coming. Working with Brandon has been an absolute joy-our circle of friends from college has grown into a powerhouse of collaboration, and it’s been amazing to be a part of it. Through Brandon, I feel incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with Tommy, whose passion for innovation and connecting people is truly contagious. His leadership is driving the next evolution of the healthcare industry, and I’m proud to be part of that journey. My journey in healthcare has taken me into a variety of roles, exposing me to a whole new world of opportunities. Then there are Melissa and Lillian—two powerhouse women whose dedication and drive never cease to inspire me. They are the heartbeat of everything we do, making sure that operations run smoothly while constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. And, what a team of Stephanie and Kelly rocking sales!! As 2024 comes to a close, I can’t help but reflect on how much has changed. It feels like the chapter of my real estate career in Texas has come to a close, and in many ways, I’ve come full circle—back to my roots in Marketing and PR, where it all started. I’ve never been more excited about the future. We’ve got so many exciting projects on the horizon, and I’m eager to dive into the next phase of disrupting healthcare and shaping what comes next. There’s so much ahead, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me! #letsgo #careerjourney #healthcareinnovation #personalgrowth #womeninhealthcare #innovation #medtech #collaboration #businessgrowth #alwaysupforchange
Happy New Year🎉 Thank you to everyone who made this year one to remember. Here’s to a big 2025!

Today marks a milestone for me– my 55th birthday. And today as I'm thinking about it, I'm embracing where life has brought me. The storms I've weathered have shaped me, and I look forward to the future with optimism. Through the years, I've learned invaluable lessons: 1. Resilience is key. Every challenge has been an opportunity for growth. 2. Authenticity matters. Being true to oneself leads to genuine connections. 3. Gratitude transforms perspective. Appreciating life's small joys creates lasting happiness. 4. Continuous learning keeps us young at heart. 5. Integrity is non-negotiable. It's the foundation of trust and success in all aspects of life. These insights have profoundly impacted both my personal and professional life. I approach each day with a more positive outlook, cherishing relationships and finding fulfillment in helping others. As I step into this new year, I'm excited about the possibilities ahead. Here's to embracing life's journey, learning from our experiences, and making the most of every moment. Thank you to everyone who's been part of my story. Your support and friendship mean the world to me. Here's to new adventures and continued growth! Silva 425.269.7229

I launched Mync Boutique while sitting alone in my car, across from a post office, with nothing but a vision and determination. The road was filled with obstacles, but each struggle reinforced my commitment to my dream. Today, Mync Boutique is a thriving symbol of female entrepreneurship and empowerment. For all the women out there who feel alone in their journey, remember: your solitary beginnings can lead to extraordinary achievements. Keep believing in your dreams. 🌟 #WomenInBusiness #EntrepreneurialSpirit #Empowerment
THANK YOU EVERYONE 😘

Thank you for being here today. As we gather, I want to take a moment to reflect on the journey that brought us to this point. Each of us has faced challenges, encountered obstacles, and experienced moments of doubt. But through it all, we have persevered, driven by a vision—a vision not just of success, but of making a lasting impact.Business is not just about profits or market share; it’s about creating value, solving problems, and improving lives. Every product we launch, every service we offer, has the potential to change someone’s world. This is the power of what we do, and it’s a responsibility we should never take lightly. As we look to the future, I want to remind you that innovation doesn’t just come from new technology or ideas; it comes from a mindset. A mindset that embraces change, that sees challenges as opportunities, and that is relentless in the pursuit of excellence. We are not here to follow the path others have laid out. We are here to blaze our own trail, to set new standards, and to push the boundaries of what’s possible. But this journey is not one we take alone. It’s the collective effort of each individual in this room that will determine our success. So, I challenge you today to think bigger, to dream bolder, and to act with purpose. Don’t be afraid to take risks, to challenge the status quo, and to pursue your passions with everything you have. The world is changing rapidly, and those who adapt and innovate will not just survive—they will thrive.Remember, greatness is not achieved in isolation. It’s achieved by teams who believe in something bigger than themselves, who trust each other, and who are committed to a shared vision. Let’s support one another, celebrate our successes, and learn from our failures. The future is ours to create. Let’s make it extraordinary.Thank you.

One of the best parts of running a business is the people you get to work with.
On the left, my first day at Disruptive Advertising 10 years ago. On the right, someone who is personally and professionally a completely different person. I want to say two things: 1. You're a product of the people you spend the most time with. For the last decade, that means Mon-Fri it's been my compadres at work. I'm lucky to say I respect and admire that group of people immensely. The list is very long. Some still work here still, some don't. To all of you, I'm incredibly grateful for your impact on me. 2. I owe a huge portion of who I have become to Jacob Baadsgaard. Thank you for your courage among many things.

"In a world that never stops, when was the last time you told yourself, 'You did well'? Such a simple phrase, yet many of us forget to remind ourselves that we’ve done our best today. Every day brings new challenges, and in the rush, we often forget to pause and appreciate the effort we put in. Sure, as we grow older, praise may seem less important. But even as we gain more experience, it's essential not to shy away from self-recognition. After a long day—whether you’ve been handling clients, communicating with managers, or tackling endless paperwork—take a moment. As you sit on the train or close your eyes for a second, let yourself say: 'You did well today, and you deserve to rest. Thank you for getting through today.' This habit has transformed my friends’ lives, making them feel visibly happier. They've shared how much they appreciate this moment of self-gratitude. Why not give it a try? How do you remind yourself to celebrate the small wins? We're all experiencing life for the first time together, so let's remember to give ourselves a moment of gratefulness.

Man this is not a day I want to repeat any time soon! Stressful is an understatement. So here are some good things that came out of it..... seriously I have to see the learnings 1 I have built an amazing team that are ready to dig in when it is not going well, who go above and beyond. 2 Our backup system is there, including talent and we can improve the way we launch new products. 3 Our communication process in notifying our subscribers what is happening worked, with improvement to in even fast notifications and areas that are an issue. 4 My house is superclean 😆, this from channelling stress in to activity that didn't involve comfort eating. 5 Letting go of things to a higher power when something is out of my control. 6 My subscribers are super wonderful and our system isn't just a product it is a partnership with them. 7 Sometimes running a business is risky and you have to roll with the punches, but having amazing relationships and a strong passion to improve an industry is going to be exciting and rough at times. Bring on tomorrow 🍍🌻❤️🤞
And we are back!!!!!! I can't express how grateful I am for the team, Angelo Senna my engineer and his team, support network and amazingly patient and understanding subscribers, you are the best. A stressful day, the Prickly2sweet system is up and running. Thankyou everyone 💓 💖 💗 I am allowing a midweek drink a bit stronger than coffee tonight, sorry diet, not sorry!
