Towards the end of 2023, I had the privilege of sharing basic strategies at Afya na Haki towards achieving impactful #healthtech developments in last mile communities in Uganda. Needs assessment, robust planning, community involvement and engagement, partnerships, research and regulations were some of the key elements that I highlighted as crucial for achieving impactful and sustainable technology developments cost-effectively. At MOBIKLINIC, we understand that the efficiency and effectiveness associated with digital health can only be realized at scale, and we believe that many players are needed for optimal scaling. That's why we find it essential to share the best practices from the lessons learnt as we try to develop blueprints for digital health migration in Sub-Saharan Africa.
