Hospitality. Belief starts in your heart. Hospitality is the ability to open yourself up, to welcome people into your heart in your home. I've been doing the same thing for over 30 years. I don't think anybody could do anything that they don't like for 30 years. One of the main outlets of why people like to travel is not that they wanted to be just like home, they wanted to be home plus. You should have an experience when you're traveling that exceeds your home experience. So working for Narsi. Doesn't really matter what position that you're in. They just want you to be happy and they want you to be fulfilled by the job that you're doing and they want you to feel comfortable. You belong here and you belong as not just an employee, but a family member. Some people, just coworkers, but some people like this family here, we, we spend time outside of work. We want you here. We want you to come back. We try to make it feel like they're home while they're here, you know, because we want them to feel good. It's caring for our employees and staff, caring for our guests that comes and walks in through the door and the care that we show to our staff and to our guest is a part of that outreach to just say, hey, there's other people around you, there's other people that are interested in your well-being. All of us grew up in a family run business ever since we were kids. Our our parents got in the business in the 70s, but we want to make sure that we provide an outlet where everybody feels warm and cared for in hopes for our guests being warm and cared for as well. The family culture automatically translates into a more positive guest experience at hotels. It's really important to every one of us at Narsi Hotels that our guests feel immediately integrated into our family, whether it's your first day with us or your 500th stay with us, something we do here to separate ourselves. We do have a smoker at the bar. We dehydrate all of our fruits every single week. It just it makes the guests feel excited and more welcome. So the pillars of the company are very interesting. How we got there. These were three words that were brought together. In front of our whole team, they landed on trust because nothing can be accomplished without trust. They land on authenticity because they want to make sure that people showing up to work were exactly who they were and not some put on version. And then when they came to the amount of time that we will all spend together, we said we are a family, really do like working here. You know, I like the the feel of it. So our nonverbal gesture, a piece of our heart, is something that we like to communicate to every guest that we encounter. We are here to serve. Yeah man. We want to leave them with the feeling that we cared enough to send them on their way, safely, gently and with love. So we give them a piece of our heart.
