#Decisions: The Starting Point of Every Outcome
The #quality and #speed of decisions determine the trajectory of actions and outcomes. While decisions may seem intuitive, the process behind them profoundly impacts their effectiveness.
I recently came across an insightful conversation on decision-making rituals, which framed the process around four key questions:
1️⃣ Are we asking the right question?
2️⃣ What’s the decision ritual?
3️⃣ Do we have the right forum?
4️⃣ Who are the decision stakeholders?
This framework resonated with me as it covers the why, what, who, and when—essential dimensions for clarity and alignment in the decision-making process.
I’ve personally found that defining a clear #decisionritual—one that brings structure, focus, and inclusion—can be a game-changer for both speed and quality.

As we have observed some releases in preparation for 2025, it’s been said that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Recently, we’ve noticed an established company mirroring our brand colors, new partnerships launched in 2024, and even our exact product names with similar benefit descriptions 🤩. While it’s clear our work sets a high standard and our growth rate is remarkable, we believe in the importance of innovation and maintaining a unique identity in the market, giving seniors optionality.

We met with our dear customer Cooper Lighting Solutions to recognize the most impactful users of the Andonix Connected Worker platform within their Monterrey operation.
What is noteworthy is that Cooper Lighting Solutions leadership recognized frontline workers and supervisors. The symbolism and importance are vital in showing the rest of the organization how much the company stands behind this initiative.
By publicly recognizing early adopters among peers with the Andonix Power User award and custom shirts, Cooper Lighting is signaling to the rest of its associates that digital transformation is not only a company priority but that being an active participant is valued by top management.

Today, for DELIVER’s 10th anniversary, I want to share a very personal story. A story that happened 10 years ago.
I get often asked why I launched an event bringing together the elite of the retail supply chain community. I usually respond that I wanted to close a market gap as I found events I attended quite deceptive.
There is another answer: because I was born in a poor immigrant family and grew up socially isolated (for instance, I was never invited to birthday parties), I became the doorman of the best chic party in town selecting VIP guests.
But as I launched it without any co-founder, any external funding nor any track record in events, many were telling me that I’d fail miserably. Even worse, like many social class defectors, I suffer from a strong impostor syndrome which suffocates me with constant doubts to this day.
The ride has been insanely tough, hustling in a small attic 90 work hours a week, with days starting at 4am and my first paycheck received only 4 years after the company's inception.
10 years later, I am immensely grateful to those, customers, suppliers, institutions, employees, and family, who supported me all the way. 🙏
10 years later, I am also immensely proud of the company’s driving force: the 40 talented and passionate colleagues across the globe - the DELOVERS. 🙇

DELIVER is also developing a new vision for companies : not to enrich their owner (I never paid myself a single cent of dividends), but to be socially useful. On top of fully compensating our decreasing CO2 emissions, we’ve been reinvesting 100% of our profit into sustainable & ethical funds, becoming hence a company with impact.
