What do professionals in NHS Talking Therapies do to take care of their mental health? They spend so much of their time caring for others, so we invited some guests from ‘Top of Mind’ to share one thing they do to maintain personal wellbeing: 💌 Lizzie Gray is mindful of her daily capacity to say 'Yes' to everything and sets boundaries with her inbox. This serves as a reminder that not every email requires an immediate response. ✍️ Daisy Carter leans on her team for support in managing and note-taking meetings; this support gives her some extra time for herself in between high caseloads. 🏃♂️ Dr. Shah Alam sets boundaries about when he ends work for the day.
