Dr. Daniella Jaimes-Colina, CEO of Piedmont Health Services (PHS), visited our clinic in Durham and was so full of energy and excitement for the work we are doing. Her enthusiasm was contagious as she walked through our clinic noting the warm and welcoming environment. When we went outside to our therapeutic green space, she became so excited by the stream that she kicked off her heels and jumped in!!!! She is really so full of life and fun to be with! We talked about culturally engaging families and therapeutic spaces. I look forward to the continued conversation with this visionary leader and celebrate her new position as the head of PHS!
