Calling all US robotics companies! Would you like to participate in a Robotics Showcase and Demo Day hosted by the U.S. Senate Artificial Intelligence Caucus on April 30 in Washington, DC? Members of Congress and their staff will engage with robotics companies, researchers, developers, and students from across the US robotics landscape in an interactive and informal experience. Plus, Henrik Christensen will announce the 2024 version of The National Robotics Roadmap. If you're interested, let me know and I'll get you all of the details! #robotics #artificialintelligence #innovation

Thank you to everyone who replied to this post, the response was overwhelming! The organizers have now finalized the group of companies and universities who are participating, but hopefully there will be future events on this very important topic. In the meantime, I hope to see many of you at Automate 2024 in Chicago, May 6-9, where there will be more than 800 exhibitors and over 30,000 participants. Full details here: www.automateshow.com

I am an MSE Robotics student at Johns Hopkins University and am interested in attending the event.

I mentor/coach a high school level robotics team, and the students are very interested in participating.  Please let me know how to get involved.

I think there’s a lot of opportunity to connect you with various Pittsburgh robotics companies. From National Robotics Engineering Center (where I work) some of the spin outs from CMU like Titan Robotics, Inc. or some of the amazing members in the Pittsburgh Robotics Network. Would be more than happy to assist with any connections you don’t already have and also share what demos we have done with other organizations. Our role at NREC is bridging the gap between typical universitiy R&D and the commercial space, making applied technology that is DIRECTLY commercialized in many markets.
