Hunter and Central Coast Development Corporation’s Post

HCCDC welcomes today's announcement for Broadmeadow's future – with the vision for up to 20,000 new homes and 15,000 jobs, improved leisure facilities, vital infrastructure and public spaces for the people of the Hunter. City of Newcastle, Australia's draft Broadmeadow Place Strategy sets a vision for the precinct's revitalisation over the next 30 years, and will go to a vote of Councillors at the next Council meeting. If approved, the Strategy will then go on to Public Exhibition. This fantastic step forward is the result of close collaboration between City of Newcastle and the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. Learn more at: https://lnkd.in/gy2Yjq7c .
