UK workplaces ranked 33 out of 38 countries for employee engagement and enthusiasm, painting a bleak picture of the current mood of the workforce. To remedy this in the short term, you should be doing some research for your workforce, and find out what's happening at your company, and compare them locally against others in the North West.
