💜 Halfway through my Internship at Tracksuit! 💚 I can’t believe I’m already halfway through my internship at Tracksuit and I've had the most incredible experience so far. A huge thank you to Tracksuit for this amazing opportunity. Everyone here has been so welcoming and supportive! Tracksuit's work culture definitely lives up to its excellent reputation. 🚀 A special shout out to the Research Team, who are the best team I could’ve asked for (Jessica Negus, Tom Stevenson, Isabel Mas Fullana, Aidan Fenwick, Lily Quin, Andy Strain, Francesca O'Neill, Luke Pearson). Your kindness, patience, and willingness to answer my endless questions have taught me so much. I feel incredibly lucky and grateful to be on your team. Thank you for helping me grow and supporting me on this journey! Here's a glimpse into what I’ve been working on so far: 🔎 With the Insights Team: - Data Entry: Learning about the funnel, how Tracksuit’s questions are asked and how their categories are set up  - Data Analysis: Enhancing my ability to craft tables, filters, and cross-tabs to dig into insights. - Reporting/Storytelling: Developing skills in how Tracksuit pulls their reports and understanding how to use data to tell a story 📝 With the Survey Team: - Syncing Categories & Ensuring Data Quality: Understanding how Tracksuit cleans and maintains their survey data to deliver authentic insights to their customers. - Survey Changes: Implementing survey script changes based on requests by other business functions and liaising with insights to ensure feasibility. 🌱 Other Highlights: - I also had the chance to volunteer at Fair Food NZ, where we helped to sort surplus food to feed local communities rather than let it go to waste in landfills. 🎉I am looking forward to what the rest of this internship holds 🎉

During the pre-internship orientation at EnterpriseNGR, I learned a valuable lesson that I would like to share with you all. During one of the lessons, I learnt about this guy, Nolan. Immediately I saw the name I thought, "Surely, this guy must be like John Nolan from The Rookie," but I was surprised to find the opposite. The Nolan in the lesson was about an employee who was always playing video games instead of working and as a result was usually missing deadlines. I thought to myself, "Playing video games at work? That could never be me. I would never be a 'Nolan'!" Dear LinkedIn family, that very day I was humbled that I was in fact, "A Nolan" 😩. My mother had asked me to help with a task at home and instead of getting it done immediately, I decided to watch just one episode of a series. One episode turned into two, then three… and before I knew it, the task was postponed until the next day. That experience reminded me how easy it is to slip into bad habits. I’m learning (and still learning!) to prioritize important tasks over distractions. After all, my gadgets and devices aren’t going anywhere, but I could lose valuable opportunities and relationships by procrastinating.
