Even when you think the first candidate you interview checks all the boxes, many times it’s worth meeting more. You may not realize it, but you could be feeling the pressure to hire. We are always strong in telling our clients to slow down to avoid a bad hire. We don’t want to see you settle. Let the process win out over rushing - consider a few people. If that first person still hits the mark, great. But don’t focus so hard on getting the hire off your plate that you make the wrong decision.
