In this short video I explain why agreeing acceptable 'Etiquette and Behaviors' are so important to creating a positive workplace experience. It's a process that is best achieved by co-creating with the users of the space and, at times, may seem very obvious to some, but not all. Here are 5 lessons from this concept that will challenge how you think about office design: 1. "𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬, 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬" Understanding that one size doesn't fit all leads to better employee satisfaction. 2.
