I'm not an HR professional, but offering clear career growth opportunities can help retain talented employees. When employees see a well-defined path for their advancement within the company, they are more likely to stay motivated and committed to their roles. This can involve regular performance reviews, mentorship programs, and clear criteria for promotions.

HR HOT Cakes In Employee Relations: Employees on a periodic basis (yearly/half yearly) can be given an opportunity /space in a company where their feedback can be accounted for. It can be anonymous to protect the employee's privacy. These surveys can be a great source for organizational development and retention of talent as well. Talent Acquisition: At times employees could be skilled and may not necessarily tick all the essential criteria of selection, but they could still be valuable assets to the company. May be time to widen the horizon and be more flexible as these candidates may be able to knuckle down and rise up to the occasion. Being open as one never knows-he/she could be the best and the right fit! Last but not the least, with today's technology and WFH options, the emphasis should not be on wrk timings but more on work completion. IF an employee is able to produce desired results within the required time frame, that's the focus point to be evaluated upon.
