He will focus on championing the customer first mindset of the company, and his responsibilities will include media & performance marketing, brand strategy & creative development, product & revenue management, digital consumer commerce platforms and marketing analytics & data science. Joe will be based at our Philadelphia HQ.    Welcome Joe!

Steve has had a career in go-to-market operations and general management roles, including president, general manager, and group commercial VP positions at publicly traded and private companies. He will primarily be responsible for expanding the Pep Boys fleet sales business by acquiring new customers, expanding relationships with current customers, and identifying and executing the Company’s commercial strategic opportunities. Steve has spent the last six months as a consultant to Pep Boys, learning the Company and the industry, and envisions an expanded presence for Pep Boys fleet in the automotive aftermarket industry with clear and unique value propositions.   Congratulations and welcome, Steve!

With nearly 30 years of experience in global sourcing and supply chain management, Molly brings an abundance of knowledge to her role at Pep Boys. She will be primarily responsible for driving transformation and evolution in our supply chain initiatives, as well as maximizing profitability through data-driven decision making. Molly’s expertise will support Pep Boys’ goals to ensure continued efficiency and effectiveness within our organization. We’re pleased to welcome Sam Hanson to the team as our new AVP of Construction. Sam comes with a wealth of experience as well as a proven track record in the construction industry. In his new role, he will focus on our national development program as well as Pep Boys’ existing real estate portfolio. With over 15 years of extensive experience and a proven track record in the automotive industry, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.
