Today and every day, we’re thankful for the men and women who sacrifice for our nation. As a company founded by veterans, military appreciation is top of mind. To show our thanks to our veterans and active-duty Team Members, each Veterans Day we present them with a Pep Boys Challenge Coin to represent our on-going appreciation for their service. Thank you to not only our Team Members, but to all veterans and active military members for your service. #VeteransDay🇺🇸 Read more: https://bit.ly/3ubx3cb

Pep Boys celebrates veterans and their kids by damaging the engine of their cars. Pretty sad on their part.

Worst experience of car repair ever was at Pep Boys. They did not follow the right procedure and cause damage to the engine of my vehicle.

I keep getting the same runaround. Scott Borman will not return my calls, he is denying a claim when I have obvious evidence that you damaged my vehicle. Customer service says this is typical, they do not want to speak to me directly.
