Late last year I was commissioned by the Architects' Council of Europe (ACE-CAE) to write guidance on international expansion for architecture practices of all sizes across Europe. ACE conducted nine interviews with practice leads from Greece, Germany, Spain, Poland, and Malta, forming the evidence-led basis of the primer report, which was published in January. It's a get-your-house-in-order primer for any practice looking to broaden their scope of work. Free to download: https://lnkd.in/dQvHperr

RIAS Reflections 🪞 Following last week's RIASLive event in Dundee, Lynsay and Emily share their key takeaways from another insightful event... 1️⃣ The opening line of your tender bid is critical - it can make or break the entire submission. 2️⃣ The client briefing stage is crucial: gather everyone, align the brief with aspirations and rigorously test, and ensure clear collaboration from the start. 3️⃣ Don’t let a lack of experience hold you back - take the leap and collaborate with local consultants to bridge any knowledge gaps. How do you and your team work to 'build bonds' with your clients?
