Anson Resources Ltd (ASX:ASN, OTCQB:ANSNF) has extracted supersaturated brine from Mississippian Units at the Green River Lithium Project in the Paradox Basin in south-eastern Utah, USA, confirming expectations that this will be the site of its second lithium project in Utah. Sampling was undertaken after completion of the Bosydaba #1 well at Green River, which is on recently purchased private property, and the Mississippian Units measured >255.55 metres (>740 feet) thick with pressure of 4,900 psi. The supersaturated brine, weighing 9.5 pounds per gallon (lb/g), continued to flow into the well up to a vertical depth of 600 feet from surface after a continued sampling period. Very happy with the first batch of results from our maiden drilling campaign at Astute Metals NL Red Mountain Lithium Project in Nevada, USA. The discovery hole intersected 59.4m @ 1,300ppm Li, or 0.69% LCE. The second and third holes, drilled from the same pad, and 4.6km from the discovery hole, both intersected further lithium mineralisation. Lithium clays are shallow-dipping, strike extensive and have low grade variance. This equates to quick value-creation and for minimal expenditure. We have another 8 holes yet to be returned from the lab, and surface Geochem indicates extensions beyond this drilling to the north and south, as well as west of the main north-south line of holes. This is early days, but we see genuine potential here to characterise a deposit that ranks amongst the top 3 or 4 in Nevada. If achieved, this would place Astute amongst the likes of Lithium Americas (market cap ~ $915m AUD), ASX-listed Ioneer (~ $340m) and American Lithium (~ $190m). C3 Metals Inc. (TSXV: CCCM) has provided an update on 2023 #exploration results and strategy for 2024 at its 100%-owned #copper #gold projects in Jamaica, with exploration work confirming six porphyry and over 40 epithermal copper-gold prospects along a 30-kilometre (km) strike extent.  The #mineral exploration company also said drill holes completed during 2023 highlight significant porphyry potential that remains open at depth and along strike, including the broadest zone of porphyry copper-gold mineralization ever drilled at Bellas Gate that intersected 390.7 metres (m) of 0.37% copper and 0.19 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 64.1m.  "We have up to 20,000m of drilling planned for 2024, and our immediate focus is a 4km trend of copper-gold mineralization at the Bellas Gate project that is open in multiple directions and to depth," C3 Metals CEO Dan Symons said in a statement.  More at #Proactive #ProactiveInvestors http://ow.ly/bICB1058hh1

Stelar Metals Ltd (ASX:SLB) is making progress with exploration at the Trident Lithium Project near Broken Hill in Far West NSW, revealing the presence of substantial new pegmatite formations to the south of the project. Findings from the company's geological mapping and surface sampling highlight the discovery of two major zoned pegmatites, named Pilgrim and Sabre. Pilgrim extends around 2 kilometres north-south with widths up to 500 metres and Sabre stretches 4 kilometres east-west with widths reaching up to 700 metres. An additional strike length of 3.2 kilometres, termed Trident North, has also been mapped, extending the known mineralised zone north of the previously drilled Trident area and linking with Mount Euriowie. This extension represents a significant increase in the potential lithium-bearing footprint of the area.
