The brief explores the integration of ecological and economic strategies to enhance sustainable agriculture in China. But there is hope. With 40% of agricultural land in the UK and EU influenced by the top 10 FMCGs, the adoption of circular economy strategies can transform the way we produce, use, and consume food - with nature in mind. The Foundation’s Big Food Redesign Challenge is currently supporting a community of 230 ambitious producers, retailers, start-ups and suppliers in applying circular principles to new and existing food products, so that we can restore biodiversity and regenerate nature.
