    [ 2023 in a nutshell ] Chances are that you have already seen this picture, and that you know who is wearing the dress. 🪡 Yet, you probably did not know that 𝟲𝟬𝟬 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲… until now! Then who? Who hand-created this custom gown for the 2018 #MetGala? 🤔 Well, someone at @Versace, remaining true to the spirit of its famously opulent house codes. 𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙙. 👀 Which is pretty funny as the dress and its owner were mentioned at least a hundred thousand times all over the Internet! 💡 Here it is, the common trait between these workers’ amazing skills and Keck Chimie products: being voluntary kept hidden in the #fashionindustry. So whoever they are — and most certainly, plural form! — we dedicate this post to their talent in broad daylight. 👉 In 2018, the Costume Institute exhibition celebrated “Fashion and the Catholic Imagination". And Versace’s seamstresses did way more than just embracing this theme. 👗 Their ornate ruby & gold design, completed with intricate and extensive beading, jewel-encrusted tailored corset and sheer panels 𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒕. Do you think the dressmakers knew their haute couture masterpiece would make such a lasting impression? Perhaps we will even find this gown displayed in a museum in a century or two. 💭 If their names did not mark #history, they unquestionably contributed to building Versace’s legacy. #KeckChimie #Chemistry #LeatherGoods #Luxury

Exhibit One: A recent public review paints a troubling picture: "Purchased a bag which ripped apart on the first couple of uses, the team has stopped responding and kept our original product for 3 months." This isn't an isolated incident. Exhibit Two: The data reveals a deeper €500M customer loss: → Brand Experience: -€301M → Retail Channels: -€70M → Quality: -€105M → Delivery Excellence: -€55M → End-to-End Returns: -€22M Is the brand chasing artistry over customer excellence? What do customers and shareholders think? Consider the potential transformation if François-Henri Pinault and Kering's executive team were to invest just 140 hours in addressing these critical touchpoints. The impact could be significant.     Kering unveils details from BALENCIAGA’s 53rd Couture Collection, presented at the salons de Couture located 10 avenue George V in Paris. Balenciaga 53rd Couture Collection, Looks 15 & 17. Crafted in the Balenciaga ateliers, this t-shirt presented as part of the 53rd Couture Collection took 70 hours to hand-paint. Its motif is meant to recall music merch. To make the top true Couture, it was assembled in cotton terry molleton, cut, sewn, stonewashed, and faded entirely by hand. Its total assembly time is about 140 hours. A true testament to the Maison’s craftsmanship. Following the presentation in Paris, a selection of pieces is available via exclusive release at the Balenciaga Couture Store located below the House's salons and ateliers Discover the full Balenciaga 53rd Couture Collection on couture.balenciaga.com
