With almost 3 million small medium enterprise for food and beverage category within 60 millions Small medium enterprise population in Indonesia, spreading on 17 thousand Island really captive market but challenging to cope in to halal ecosystem especially halal supply chain management. with mandatorys cheme of Halal certification to all food and beverage category by 19 of October 2024, all small medium enterprise are racing for halal certified but this become bottle neck in the funnel. Issue will exposed in this situation, since halal not only piece of paper but halal talking about traceability regime. Talking about traceability, this become field of halal supply chain management to handle, the question? who will thinking about this topic for small medium enterprises? Some thought to establish as integrator to lead small medium enterprise to support them working into halal ecosystem especially food and beverages category, but this work have profitabity or not?..... So need some body or some company or some foundation to realy put focus in this topic....huge topic to be thinking for supply chain community but rewarded as strategic solutions for nation......
