You need to look at the government policies that are wrecking DEI as the government only thinks that diversity and inclusion should only be about "race and gender". Industries, companies, businesses and organisations only follow what the government policies are on diversity and inclusion and all they have to do is just a "tick a box" to fill their diversity quota. But when it comes to the others that are diverse, disadvantaged and disenfranchised such as people with disabilities that have abilities, they are rarely mentioned if at all and are just ignored and excluded from DEI. When they are included which is rarely, they are not put in the position that is suited to their skills and abilities. Because of this, Diversity Equity Inclusion does not get a real chance to show and prove the beneficial social impact it has on people and business because not all who are diverse are included. #DEI #DEIB #diversityandinclusion #disabilityisnotinability #diversityequityinclusion #diversityintheworkplace
