💚 Happy day 1 of 31 Days of Joy! For several years, my team at FNBO has put together a month full of contests, prizes and giveaways for our valued customers and area nonprofits in honor of the Month of Giving. 🎁 It’s a huge lift with a big reward. Contests are a great way to generate brand awareness by engaging customers and building relationships. 🙌 They offer fantastic opportunities to get to know your customers better. Contests help foster a sense of community as customers share comments and engage with one another. As we gain customer insights from their feedback, we can integrate them into our content and future promotions. It's not just about what we say, it's about what our customers say. ☃️ Think of it as a snowball rolling down a hill. Contests initiate a momentum that grows as it goes. Once we have a few people commenting, others quickly follow as they’re inspired to contribute.
