It's been six years (and a day) since the 12 Geniuses interview (S1 | E2) with my friend Ryan Estis was released. Ryan talked about the fear he had to overcome as he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. Ryan talked about cultivating self-discipline, resilience, and a willingness to embrace failure as part of growth. As I work on launching my next business (more on that to come), I am taking Ryan's advice about preparing for uncertainty, the need to make sacrifices, and the importance of having a clear vision and maintaining persistence, even through setbacks.
