GOOD RULE OF THUMB: Whenever you find something that is hyped beyond reason or even decency, and a few examples apply, such as... 1. The wonders of EVs, green energy, etc. in saving the world, 2. The assigned perfidy of Donald Trump 3. The existential necessity of standing with Ukraine or Israel 4. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, etc. ...you know you are in the realm of manufactured fantasy and political coercion. As a person, with whatever freedom we have left each, we must resist the temptation to be mind-controlled and thereby joining the herd in a run off the inevitable cliff.

💡This is also known as post traumatic growth......The ability to create and find new meaning after a traumatic event or difficult life experience. However, the journey looks different for everyone. It doesn't come without adversity and it's not going to be easy. It takes meeting your deepest self and fostering an awareness of how these experiences have shaped you. It takes learning how to regulate all the uncomfortable and painful feelings that may come up when confronted. 🌷Rather than striving to prove your growth to others... Let your unique, unfiltered story speak for itself.

might be a controversial opinion, but unless it comes to quality & safety, I don’t feel like we should be hung up on “documented processes” of how to do things. coming from a product supply background, it’s always where’s the SOP for this or the SOP for that; while it definitely sets the foundation, helps you take the learnings from those who’ve done it before and has proven to be efficient; we should allow ourselves to explore & experiment with the way we approach problems. you’ll be surprised by the new, fresh, easy methods you can discover if you just let your imagination & intuition guide you through. so as long as you’re not directly affecting quality of product, health & safety of individuals, internal controls…etc; take the process as a guideline but don’t be necessarily hung up on it to the dot. it’s healthy to challenge the status quo every once in a while; you’ll be surprised by what you have to add!

😂😂😂 If process is tedious to follow and doesn’t give any value to anyone apart from control from the top… just ditch it! Proces should help quality and those who use that process to be efficient.

Great Escape 80-th anniversary. On the night on 24 March 1944, 76 Allied prisoners of war evade their German captors, escaping via a tunnel codenamed Harry, under the wire of a prisoner of war camp Stalag Luft III in Żagań (former Sagan). Tunnel Harry and digging effort in some numbers: ▶ length - 111 m ▶ depth - 9 m ▶ width - 0,6 m ▶ boards for shoring - aprox. 3000 to 4000 (from beds, chairs, tables, benches) ▶ electric lighting - yes (!!!) ▶ ventilation system - yes - a pump and aprox. 1000 tins. ▶ tons of soil removed - aprox. 130 ▶ spoons for digging - aprox. 500 ▶ shovels - aprox. 30 ▶ matresses, pilow cases, bed covers - to muffle sounds ❗ Done in secret amid a security operation policed by the POWs. https://lnkd.in/dU5wy-Dp
