To all my LinkedIn friends, Please don't trust Samsung Electronics Samsung Electronics Samsung SSD. Their post-sales support/service is pathetic. I'd say nothing in the world can be worse than this. I had a similar experience when I purchased the Galaxy S23 Ultra and it took 2 months to schedule the pickup of my old device(that too happened when I made a post over Facebook {find the Facebook link in comments}). To my bad luck, I again trusted Samsung and ordered a refrigerator(ordered on 23-03-24 and delivered on 25-03-24) which turned out to be defective(dent on one side). I requested the installation engineer to re-pack and his response was it is not required and Samsung will pick this up as it is. However, later Samsung came up with a drama that the refrigerator had to be re-packed before pickup. They took four days and upon my constant follow-up, they sent the technician on 29-03-24 to re-pack the refrigerator. And since then, they are just trying to figure out the best solution to pick the refrigerator. So here I am, warning everyone who are looking to upgrade their refrigerator this summer, please stay away from Samsung if you don't want to lose peace of mind. #SayNoToSamsung #PatheticSamsungServiceCenter

Greetings , This post pertains to Samsung electronics India devision Customer name - Shashank Mishra . Registered mobile no . 7675057860 This is regarding my side by side Samsung refrigerator . Because of internal leakage the company has called back the fridge . Regarding the same I have been in touch with Mr Rawal from Lucknow . His behaviour is highly unprofessional . He had to send someone with nitrogen to refill in the fridge as he said the video of this has to be sent to the company for refund . He has been making false promises from the last 4 days and doesn’t care to call back and update in case the work is not happening at his committed time . Since I am working too I had to make alternate arrangements for some help to be present at home all this four days as per the time slot given by him . This is actually very torturous . Due to his behaviour a lot of mental torture has been caused apart from the money spent on domestic help to stay extra hours . His number is 6386-894995. Kindly revert to me asap as this is absolutely not acceptable from a company like Samsung . Employees like this are ruining the image of Samsung and not to mentions our disgust towards the brand as whole

Samsung 85 inch TV We bought this tv on June 15 2023 and back in July the board went out and then my tv speakers were going out and then the tech comes out and replaces the board and speakers and the new board didnt work so he put in the old board in and the left and told me to make a new ticket and they would put it in for replacement and then they called and said they advised that they couldn’t do it. When he got here the tv was working and I could hear out one of the speakers. Atleast when he left the tv was on but no sound but now it’s off and won’t turn on. The Samsung’s remote don’t even work. I paid over $1300 for this tv and all it’s doing now is collecting dust on the wall where it’s mounted out. I even considered buying the new Samsung 24 phone but thank God I didn’t. I need someone to help bc this warranty on this tv is about to expire

I ordered 465 qtr refrigerator on Samsung shop app on 03/05/2024. Next day I got tracking details of Delivery and I start tracking the package. The package reached to Vadodara on 07/05/2024 which was Election Day in Gujarat so they didn’t delivered. On 11th May delhivery person reached to my home and he called me to tell that he will just leave the package on ground floor and will not deliver to first floor. I told him that it was mentioned in address about first floor as it was requirement by Samsung. So how can he refuse to deliver?? As well the criteria is matching to deliver. But he refused and left without delivery. After I received that package undelivered due to customer is not reachable, this was shocking as he called me and refused delivery. I made complaints with Samsung and Delhivery, and after continuous followups, 15th May afternoon 3 pm, I received notification about ‘ out for delivery’. I called to delivery executive through Delhivery app 8 times in 4 hours, but he didn’t attend any call or never called me back. Again I checked status that I was not reachable. He didn’t even tried delivery to my address. I have no hopes by Delhivery or Samsung India as there is no value for customer.

I have faced an issue, mailed to customer tean but no responses.... Dear Sir It was disappointing reply from Samsung, a brand on which I trusted from many years. I understand the panel out of warranty but while taking the Product, it was told that this is one of the premium product and after 2.5 years panel was out of order and need replacement which cost 19 K that's the 25 percentage of TV cost. Remote was also replaced in March. Now I am feeling it's cheated to me from such a big brand where product not even lasted for 3 years and asking for a huge cost of repairing. I will take this complaint to another forum, whether it get me the solutions or not but let's need to aware people, please have a look before buying such brands at your own risk as big companies like samsung will not bother once warranty is over as they made product which work till warranty. You can't trust them and buy at your own risk. It's a Joke on my trust which I have on Samsung brand from the last 14 years. I bought Refrigerator, washing Machine, Microwave and also TV and got such a negative support. Can't trust on the brand.

Se isso não bastasse, enviam a ordem de serviço para uma recordista em mau atendimento e se você achar que tem direito a solicitar a mudança de assistência, esqueça! Já são mais de dez dias num atendimento desrespeitoso. Um processo que te obriga a ser atendido por uma assistência de reputação duvidosa. Lamentável Samsung Brasil.

Refer my previous post . After the post I received a call from Mr Sanjeev service manager Lucknow India , promising me that my issue will be resolved . It’s been a month now . Every week I check he tells me that I’ll get the draft for the refund amount in couple of days . They’ve shamelessly taken advance Money for return charges of refrigerator too. However no resolution of the issue . Is this the after sales support offered for a faulty product . Kindly put in a word with customer relations in India . Your products are loosing appeal because of this unresolved issue

Today I approach to legal india they take up this matter further they involved legal department with lawyer and raised complaint directly to Samsung Electronics at Delhi office. Today I got call from Samsung they take up this matter with higher authority to give me higher amount of compensation or replacement new refrigerator let see what they doing I will wait for two days more if not get results positive then I will go consumers forum for further action but I will fight with Samsung till I not get proper satisfaction answer solution again this damage faulty product I want 60% replacement or totally same model referigator replacement Regards Ashish shah

I have purchased new led tv 4k uhd in my new tv the black lines are coming from the first day before installing ur installer said this lines will be removed automatically but now in few days the more black lines are coming and I have registered compliant regarding this fault but from service centre there is no response will this kind of service samsung providing to there cousomers I want replacement or refund my money otherwise I am going in consumer court for this and I will highlight this metter to the social media platform now I am fed-up since 6 to 7 days I am waiting but no response from samsungside this is my hard earn money... I want the resolution as soon as possible..

Samsung Electronics my RMN is 9824498888 really I been frustrated by such a terrible service. I bought a 55" The frame TV & from day one I faced different type of technical issues. Now just in one year it's Display got damaged and facing a multiple lines on Display. From last 6 months different type of commitment I'm getting from service team. Finally on 6th May they took my LED with them at service center and committed to change Display. But on 17th May the made me a call again and asked my Aadhar Card by saying that there is no Display available in the company so I'll get replacement against it & they will provide me a new unit against it but as of now there is no any delivery nor any clear updates by them. After spending about lac of money on a TV such type of service was never expected. Better to purchase a local brand by Paying just one fourth of it.
