Samsung 85 inch TV We bought this tv on June 15 2023 and back in July the board went out and then my tv speakers were going out and then the tech comes out and replaces the board and speakers and the new board didnt work so he put in the old board in and the left and told me to make a new ticket and they would put it in for replacement and then they called and said they advised that they couldn’t do it. When he got here the tv was working and I could hear out one of the speakers. Atleast when he left the tv was on but no sound but now it’s off and won’t turn on. The Samsung’s remote don’t even work. I paid over $1300 for this tv and all it’s doing now is collecting dust on the wall where it’s mounted out. I even considered buying the new Samsung 24 phone but thank God I didn’t. I need someone to help bc this warranty on this tv is about to expire

Brand new Galaxy phone. Warm and hot, clearly some issue on parts. Service center for problem solution: 24h for first reply + 3-5 days for fixing the problem. WHAT? A tv, a washing machine can take 5 days. Mobile is essential, I have to cancel my agenda due to the lack of operational capacity to call a cab, drive/navigate, receive phone calls, check agenda etc. Considering it is an error of the production plant, why not fix it in a few hours, same day? Very bad after sales service, really bad! The board is clearly focused on sales. After sales…well…who cares? However, after sales will determine the next smartphone purchase, I can tell you, will NOT be a Samsung, and will be my pleasure to tell this story to everybody influencing as most people as I can to consider not to buy a Samsung.

Hello, I bought through the official Samsung website. The truth is that they cannot sell a TV that does not have after-sale spare parts. It lasted 12 months and 20 days. The service told me that the LED strips on the screen are burning. But if the screen breaks when you fix it. 1 there are no screen replacements 2 Samsung official agent is not responsible. There are 200 consumer complaints about Samsung's 7000 series. It doesn't last more than 15 months.

Order I'd: 12367214630 Contact number: 9836002963 I have requested for refrigerator replacement on 18th june as it was defective and it was told that within 24-48 hours replacement will be accepted and it’s already been 8 days I didn’t get any update or proper responses. Everyday I am calling and trying to get the update. I am very disappointed with your disgusting service. If you can not arrange replacement then refund my money back immediately, I will buy refrigerator from some other company but not from you. You people are harassing the customer unnecessarily which is not accepted.

Dear sir, I am messaging this as a last resource for my escalation. I am holding an s23 ultra ( under warranty)and after updating it on 31 st march 2024 I m facing many issues and the same is not being attended till now. I have escalated the same to Samsung service centre and Samsung customer care more than 100 times . Some of the reference numbers are 1193411765 dated 13.04, 1193470580 dated 16.04 , 1193943268 dated 08.05 , 1193943330 dated 08.05 , 1193967717 dated 10.05 My case is presently handled by shri Gowri Sankar Patti of VOC Team and I am requesting for a call back for an updation for last 15 to 20 days and nobody is responding. As I am unable to reach him over phone , requesting you to provide an urgent resolution for this long pending issue. Hello, I'm sorry to write to here, but Samsung Turkey customer service is not helpful. I bought an air conditioner and it was installed in my house by Samsung Türkiye authorized service on 10th of June. Since I did not have any information about where and how the air conditioner and outdoor unit would be connected, I could not intervene at that moment, but later, as a result of expert evaluation, I learned that this installation was not suitable. I am a victim because the authorized service did not inform me about this issue. I called Samsung Türkiye customer service and they are not helping me with this issue either. Is this representing Samsung quality? I need your help. Thank you in advance. Experiencing battery draining issues with a new phone like the S24 Ultra can be really frustrating, especially when you're expecting top-notch performance. Moreover is Samsung Service Support team not able to find out the reason and since last week new phone is with customer service centre.
