Our own Laura C. has been collaborating with IP Inclusive and Focal Point Training and Consultancy Ltd on a series of impactful events focused on the worker protection act. On 25th September, Laura will be co-hosting an in-person workshop in London with the brilliant Stella Chandler where they will explore the barriers that prevent individuals from speaking up about sexual harassment in the workplace. This workshop aims to empower attendees with the tools and confidence to address inappropriate behaviour, particularly in situations involving complex power dynamics—whether it’s with senior managers, peers, or clients. To facilitate open and honest dialogue, Laura and Stella will create a confidential space for participants to share their experiences and discuss how to build a culture where everyone feels supported to raise concerns.
