We are filled with excitement as we consider the strengths and opportunities that lie ahead of our staff. Our greatest assets are our employees - a group of talented individuals who have contributed to our success and will continue to play a crucial role in shaping our future. ⁠We connected with Keegan Bunt about how he feels about the future of the firm.  ⁠*What do you see in the future for your professional growth here? ⁠"Endless knowledge. With how the firm is structured I can work on a new type of project almost daily, with that I am constantly learning new things."⁠  *What has been the most valuable lesson you have learned so far? "⁠Work doesn’t have to be something you endure or dread. With the right environment and people it can be the highlight of your day."

Today, I am honored to be celebrating my 16-Year Work Anniversary with my company! That is a lifetime to some. It feels amazing. The people who I have met, and the things that I have learned on this journey have shaped my life in so many ways. Here are some of the lessons that I have learned over the years... * Work/life balance is crucial. It is important not to lose sight of what you are working for. Take the vacation.  Go to the little-league game. Live a good life.  It is short and you only get ONE. So, work to live, not the other way around.   * Be kind and respectful and greet everyone. Every person in every position. * Give your respect freely but give your trust wisely.  Guard your heart and your personal life. Be discreet. Know the difference between being friends and being friendly. Check your emotions.  Don’t react quickly. Observe silently. Avoid office politics and gossip. * Show up. Be consistent and take action. * Be sincere, intentional and authentic. This goes for both your business and your personal life. * Don’t be afraid to ask people to share their wisdom and experience with you. Share your knowledge with others. * Know the difference between healthy competition and unhealthy “comparisonitis”. * Use the right tools, organize everything, and keep good notes. * Clear is Kind. Keep your communications clear, concise and easy to understand. * Confidence in your abilities and knowing your value is important to your success. Believe in yourself and in your work.

Beyond the years of Service We often pat ourselves on the back for sticking around a place for a long time. "Look at me, ten years here!" we boast. But let's be real: it's not just about the number of years you've clocked in. It's about what you've done with that time. Think of your career like a garden. 2 weeks ago I celebrated my 8th anniversary at Anyline Here are some learning for everyone, who isn't sure if he/she/they is qualified enough for a job or company. My journey so far was quite a roller coaster. From a team of 15 to team of 100, from internship to leading a team. There will be never an easy, linear way within your career - but exactly this makes it exciting. These are my learnings so far from my 8 years journey: 11.2015 Internship Design & Marketing It took me 3 weeks to apply for this internship, because I didn't know anything about OCR, SDK, or the software business overall and wasn't sure if I fit. Learning: If you don’t try, you will never now. 02.2016 Product Designer After 3 months of internship, the team saw my potential and hired me. It didn’t matter that I didn’t know about our products when I started, but it did matter that I was highly motivated to learn about it and contribute to the companies success. Learning: A really good leader sees your potential and supports it. 01.2017 Brand Manager My passion was always in branding and creating awareness. With the culture we have at Anyline I talked to my team lead and I got the possibility to develop myself further. Learning: There will be no change, if you don’t speak up for yourself. 01.2019 Senior Brand Manager I started to have a small team of designers and event managers and started to do less design by myself, as I realised my strengths are within other areas. Learning: Accept your strengths & weakness. 03.2020 VP of Branding Strategy My contribution was recognised and I got a promotion to VP of Branding Strategy Learning: Resilience and loyalty will pay off (most of the time) 05.2021 VP of Strategic Partnership Due to some restructuring a new opportunity was offered to me and I decided to develop in a different direction, by leading our strategic partnerships. In this 12 months I learned so many new things, that I was a bit scared about: like working on 100 pages of legal contracts Learning: Try new things - the time is never lost as you gain new experience. 07.2022 Head of Awareness Marketing After 1 year within a new area, I realised my heart still beats for branding and creating awareness. And thankfully there was another door opening within Anyline for my next step. Learning (all of the above) - My team lead saw my strength & potential - I spoke up for myself & addressed my need - I gained new experience, which helps me in my new role - I accepted that my strengths lies within branding & awareness If you are wondering, what I'm exactly doing today, you can watch my 60 seconds video

August 2023 marks my 6th year work anniversary so here are “Six things I’ve learned during 6 years at Driscoll's / Driscoll's Latinoamérica “ 🍓🫐 1. Heels aren’t the only way to look professional. A good pair of boots 🥾 and both feet in the ground can get you farther sometimes. 2. Mother Nature 🌱 always wins and we all win if we work respectfully hand in hand. 3. A smile and 5 minutes of face to face honest conversation 😃 can give you a lot more credibility than a 60 minute power point full of charts. 4. What makes you a good marketer is the ability to listen and observe; behaviours, patterns, trends, connections… but mostly, learning your product from the core, from the ground… quite literally. And all of that doesn’t happen infront of a desk. 💻 5. We take food for granted. The science behind fruits and vegetables is amazing. 🧑🏻🌾👩🏻🌾Agriculture is the most ancient craft and it’s also the key to survival in the future. 6. Being humble is the best and only way to be; it’s what makes you truly human. 🫶🏻And ultimately, the key to long-term happiness.

Malinda Parkinson was Hadron Group's first employee in 2019 and has just celebrated her 5th anniversary with us. We took this opportunity to ask her a few questions on her highlights over that time. ⭐ What has been the most interesting project you've worked on in your five years with us, and why? I have worked across so many varied projects that it is hard to choose a favourite or the most interesting. For me personally, I really enjoy working on projects where I feel like I am having an impact. That may be because we are shaping the development and delivery of a major project that will have a significant impact for many people, however in many instances it is more that our team is providing a unique perspective or capability that the client team couldn’t otherwise do, which also has a huge impact. ⭐ What changes have you seen in the industry that interest you?   NSW is in an interesting place at the moment, coming off the back of significant investment in infrastructure. New light rail and metro networks and the Western Sydney International Airport are just a few examples of major projects that are facilitating major growth and development across greater Sydney. However, we are still facing major challenges including a shortfall in housing and significant gap in affordable housing. Both policy makers and the private sector will play an important role in working through these challenges and it will be great to have the opportunity to help shape this. ⭐ How has your role evolved over the past five years?   I think most noticeably, my approach to work has evolved to facilitate the juggle between family and work. I used to have the luxury of being able to work wherever and whenever. I am now a lot more focused and prioritise my time more effectively. I am grateful that Hadron Group provides the opportunity for me to work on interesting problems and make a difference whilst also maintaining the flexibility to enjoy quality time with my two little ones.
