Do you know of a patient, client, friend, or family member who is questioning their relationship with substance use as well as any risk-taking behaviors? Freedom Institute’s Harm Reduction Therapy Group allows our clients to explore underlying causes that might contribute to use, such as: - Stressors - Relationships - Life transitions - Mental health symptoms This group focuses on identifying and working towards goals that support a healthier relationship with substances, which could include abstinence, moderation, or reduction. This group honors each person's right to make choices, better understand themselves and what might underlie their behaviors, and develop practical skills to manage cravings, sit with urges, and process feelings. 📅 Thursdays 12:15 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. In-person at Freedom Institute
