Apparently I use the word TRUST a lot. I am ok with that. Trust is, in my opinion, fundamental to any search. We spend so much time at work, to make a move IS a big deal. We know that. We take the time to get to know our candidates and our clients to ensure that the role we call you about, is a good fit for you. Trust goes both ways. We ask you to trust us and we ask for authenticity in return. The process feels broken. I truly believe it can be fixed. #talenthunters #executivesearch #trust
