We can all agree that AI is the next big thing (if you like it or not!). It's certainly where tech and IT are headed, so it makes sense that the UK would be trying to become a world leader in the field. Except... it's not. Not if you look at the roles out there. France and Spain are leading the world in AI recruitment, and the UK makes up less than 5% of roles in the Western world. How can we be an AI destination if there aren't any jobs? https://bit.ly/49pdD2A #AI #Recruitment #Staffing #ML
The UK is falling behind the US and EU at recruiting

AI vs Jobs I am a positive kind of guy. My default is to air on the positive side of things, sometimes to my detriment... I have been through a lot of advances in technology but possibly none as seismic as AI\Machine Learning but the evidence is pretty strong... Job Boards (b. c1997) were foretold as the nail in the coffin of recruitment businesses. Who would need recruiters if everybody had access to job boards? LinkedIn (b. 2003) it was suggested on a number of occasions that why would recruiters exist if everybody could get directly in touch with each other through LinkedIn. AI, reading some of the articles that have been written about AI, if they came from a point of fact, we all might as well give up now and go home, because what's the point. Nobody is going to have a job in 2025, let alone a career. Yes, jobs will change, some jobs will disappear. Since 2008, the number of recruitment companies in the UK, which were going to disappear in 2003, has grown of average by 27% year on year. Source: https://lnkd.in/de9XSSwc In my opinion, AI, in recruitment will enable good recruiters doing what they do best, getting on the phone and making connections. Which, surely, can only be a good thing. #ai #artificialintelligence #machinelearning #recruitment #staffing

"AI vs. ML: Unraveling the Future 🤖🌟 In the ever-evolving landscape of technology, understanding the nuances between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) is crucial. 🤯 🔹 **AI - The Mind's Mirror:** AI, the visionary, aspires to replicate human intelligence. It's all about teaching machines to 'think' like us, make decisions, and even comprehend natural language. AI is your virtual assistant, your self-driving car, and your smart home in action. Its potential knows no bounds, and it's the guiding star for future innovation. 🚀 🔹 **ML - The Learning Engine:** Within the AI realm, ML is the engine that powers the learning process. ML algorithms enable machines to recognize patterns, adapt, and continuously improve. Think recommendation systems on streaming platforms and personalized marketing - that's ML in action. As it evolves, we'll see ML enhancing medical diagnoses, autonomous drones, and much more. 📈 Now, as the tech world unfolds, the lines between AI and ML are blurring, and the two are becoming increasingly interdependent. It's like a dynamic duo, with AI setting the grand vision, while ML provides the fine-tuned execution. So, what's next? Quantum computing, ethics in AI, explainable AI, and AI's role in sustainability - these are the exciting frontiers. 🌐 Whether you're diving into the world of AI or perfecting your ML algorithms, one thing's certain - the journey is just beginning. Embrace the change, adapt, and be part of the incredible transformation. 🌠 Siddharth Tiwari Karan Sharma Ashish Dabhi Manthan Sharma #ArtificialIntelligence #MachineLearning #AI #ML #FutureTech #Innovation #TechTrends #AIvsML #AmohaRecruitmentServices"

Artificial intelligence is changing the nature of work on a scale some predict will be as transformative as the Industrial Revolution. It’s also exposing the yawning gaps in a fractured US employment system that many companies and workers find difficult to navigate. 👉 https://lnkd.in/guCjET6K . . . . . #JobSearch #Hiring #JobOpening #CareerOpportunity #NowHiring #JobSeeker #Employment #JobListing #JobHunt #CareerSearch #JobAlert #JobOpportunity #JobPosting #JobInterview #ResumeTips #JobTips #CareerAdvice #JobFair #WorkOpportunity #JobApplication #TechJobs

In a recent Newsweek feature, I discussed an alarming trend where 78% of employers are supposedly ready to swap young, vibrant talent for AI. This is a profoundly shortsighted, irresponsible, and dumb strategy. AI, for all its prowess, fails to capture the essence of human ingenuity and emotional intelligence. To that tech can replicate the nuanced, creative problem-solving or in the innate empathy of our newest workforce members is foolish. In the rush to automate, companies are overlooking a critical question: if human jobs are replaced by AI, who will have the purchasing power to afford their products? It's not unreasonable to think businesses are creating a paradox where technological advancements may lead to reduced economic engagement, especially when we don't have a suitable social safety net. #HumanvsAI #FutureofWork

Misconnections, mischief and mayhem. That is what we will see with the increased use of AI in recruitment according to research and advisory form, Forrester. It predicts that in 2024: 😕 At least one well-known company will hire a candidate who doesn’t actually exist. 😕 At least one business will employ a real candidate for a non-existent job. The key for candidates is to "master their digital body language". In other words, understand and review their online presence and make usre that it is portraying the right impression - to humans AND machines. Your LinkedIn profile is a good place to start, as this often appears first in a Google search of your name & town or job title (try it). #recruitment #AI #digitalpresence
