The nation's largest and longest running survey of the hourly workforce, The Voice of the American Workforce is now live. This is the 18th year of Employbridge's efforts to gather insights from thousands of associates nationwide and share what workers are telling us about their preferences pertaining to schedules, loyalty, pay rates, and job security. Thousands of workers are expected to participate in the survey this year. The majority of participants are hourly workers in logistics, manufacturing, transportation, and clerical industries.
