I’ve shared a lot about the importance of employer brand and social recruitment, so let’s talk about what that looks like in practice. First, let’s talk topics. You can post about things like employee testimonials, company events, DEI initiatives, your killer perks, and more! Here is the anatomy of a winning employer brand post that you can use every time to plug and play your EB content: 💜 Image: Always include an image to grab attention. Real photos are more effective, but stock images can be used as a last resort. It doesn’t have to be perfect - keep it authentic! 💜 Caption: Provide more context for what is going on in your image here. Had a super fun event? Explain what the team did! Featuring an employee for their accomplishments? Share what those are! 💜 Hashtags: Expand your reach via hashtags. You might want to come up with a specific one for all your EB posts, like #LifeAtCOMPANY. Candidates can click that hashtag and see all of your EB posts in one place. 💜 CTA: You don’t have to have a link in every post, but some people like to link to their careers page. I recommend a mix of EB posts with and without links. By the way, you can work EB content into your job posts, too. Stay tuned for more tips on that! #EmployerBrandStrategy #TalentAtrraction #RecruitmentMarketing

Connecting diverse talent with inclusive employers at scale using digital content |Helped employers save £59,750+ on recruitment costs so far |2024 UnderOne Festival DEI Awards Judge | Apply for jobs via my website ⬇️
I quit my 9 to 5 to start a business with no clients at all. 1 month later, LinkedIn became my FIRST client. I had the privilege of working on employer branding for arguably the biggest career platform in the world. We created User Generated Content for their UK TikTok page. Then, redistributed on Beyond Education (BE)'s TikTok page for further reach. The content was centred around inclusive conversations, the job market and navigating the workplace. Most employers are afraid of social media, but not LinkedIn! Of course, brand image was important, being a global company with a massive reputation. So, we adopted a slick review & approval process with their marketing team to ensure everything was by the book. Basically, making sure they don't get *cancelled*😅 Results: →109,494 Views 👀 →127 Comments 💬 →234 Shares 🔃 →4251 Likes 👍 Most importantly, an engaged community & amplified employer brand. I'd like to think that's a job well done, but I am biased. So don't take my word for it...take Aston's. If you need help leveraging social media to amplify your employer brand. All you have to do is *Like* this post - a simple blue thumbs up. And I will take that as a sign to follow up with you in the DMs. Watch this post get no likes… PS: We are also hosting our first-ever employer webinar on how we attract diverse talent using social media. Access more details here: https://lnkd.in/gzTB6gH8 PPS: Yes I have a pic at the LinkedIn HQ for every season ❤️
