With LiveRecover 2.0 there are numerous ways that brands can segment our agents based on the cart details and how they want to implement live agents into their existing tech stack; total cart value, is the shopper an active sms/email subscriber, repeat or first time, provide a discount or don't provide a discount, etc. See screenshot below, I love to see our brands leveraging a free gift option for abandoned carts vs. offering traditional discounts. Conversion rates are still holding well (~15%) and the direct feedback from customers has been mind blowing! 📈 👌🏽 #HappyFriday!
