I am currently the Director of Administration for Lakes Region EMS. As a 15-year employee of Lakes Region EMS, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles. In early 2024, I will launch Ascend Coaching and Consulting, LLC. Executive coaching provides an opportunity for self-exploration, free from judgment and advice. It provides accompaniment on the leadership journey of looking inward, understanding potential and discovering what holds us back. What has been your favorite part of being a TRUST member? I have deeply enjoyed connecting with so many amazing leaders with such diverse experiences. Learning how to grow ourselves, connect with others, and spark curiosity is important for leaders. The TRUST has offered the opportunity to develop in all of these areas. I am continually amazed at the deep knowledge and talent of the members. What is the best career advice you’ve received? • Look for ways to give and help others grow. • Make sure to look back and pull people up as you progress in your career. • Provide opportunities for others to be in the spotlight.
