Massive thanks to Chris Venter from Benevity for inviting me to attend this year's Sustainability Leaders Summit | 6-7 March 2024 | Melbourne. A massive two days of knowledge sharing, and lots of learning to be had from leaders in this space, amongst a community of like-minded, values-driven colleagues. My key take outs over the last two days are: - Look into an organisation's social value strategy as the focus on S is coming following the current focus on the E and the G in ESG. -Continue to connect to purpose. Connect your social purpose to your business purpose. -Focus on demonstrating impact rather than just output -Democratise sustainability. Use your community to help make a difference.
