1. Employment issues Whether this manifests itself in the form of a lack or insufficient training opportunities for current employees, recruitment represents a significant challenge for SPDs. While crises such as technician shortages lead to staff fatigue and processing delays, the consequences that come with a lack of training can be even more disastrous. Sterilization errors lead to an increased risk of infection for patients. Overcome the challenge Make a concerted effort to retain current employees. Recognizing hard work, reconsidering compensation packages, and providing professional development opportunities all go a long way toward retaining top talent longer. written by: Arthur Trapotsis.

💡 Shining a spotlight on our Company Induction 💡 As we end the working week I wanted to share insights of what we cover at our Company Induction and how we focus on our Customer Promise. Here at Stonewater 🏡 were guided by our simple, yet powerful principle; ‘Were proud to make it personal. If it matters to our customers, it matters to us’. This mind-set is at the heart ❣ of our Customer Promise—a commitment to prioritising our customers' needs, preferences, and satisfaction in everything we do. When we say "if it matters to our customers, it matters to us," we mean it! Our Customer Promise 🤲 isn't just a set of words—it's a guiding philosophy that informs every aspect of our business. It's a commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction that we uphold each day, in every interaction. At Company Induction we ask new colleagues to think about this and create their own customer promise. Here are some examples of a few that I have captured over the last few Company Inductions. 👌 I am committed to not comparing any two customers personal situations, I will treat all of them as individuals and will show empathy and compassion to each equally– Mobeen 👏 I always try to put myself in the customers shoes, dealing with the issues they bring to me individually. I put my heart into every call, as this is what I expect from others when I have issues myself – Tony 🤝 I will do my best to provide solutions and give accurate information to customers. No matter how big or small their issues is – Abdo If you want to know more about our Company Induction or want to see our latest vacancies check out our careers page https://lnkd.in/eBp8aY7G or better yet see what Kam Shergill Assoc. USA WORKERS MEMORIAL DAY - 28TH APRIL REFLECTIONS: 1. Do I value people, life, health, community, environment, climate? 2. What am I personally doing to proactively ensure a positive environment of Zero Harm...... at home....at work......and in-between? 3. As a leader.....am I acting positively?.....do I truly believe that I am accountable and responsible? 4. How am I doing today versus the 3 ?s above and my personal Core Values? In Remembrance This virtual Workers Memorial Wall is in honor and recognition to those who lost their lives while on the job. In addition to injuries or incidents there have been many lives lost due to occupational illnesses and diseases in the U.S. They are family members — spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, friends, and coworkers — and we recognize them and all our fallen workers on this page. We value all our fallen workers and offer their families our support, compassion and appreciation. https://lnkd.in/gGB7AC8R https://lnkd.in/encVGSAP
