Florida’s 1st Female Secretary of Commerce turned Government Affairs Advisor at Adams and Reese LLP. Championing and advancing economic development across the air, land, and sea. 🇺🇸🌎🚀✈️⚓️

These past few weeks have been a blur…but they sure have been exciting!! Still feeling blessed to have had the opportunity to spend a few days and speak with some incredibly brilliant Harvard Kennedy School Taubman Center for State and Local Government students along with Greg LeRoy a few weeks back. It’s one thing to talk about economic development policy, but it’s a whole other conversation once you talk about the implementation of that policy. With what can be at times two very different opinions about how economic development should be executed, we were able to show the students that in the end, we are all working toward the same larger goal - which boils down to maintaining and creating good jobs for our constituents - period. A huge thank you for the introduction Rodrick Miller and forever grateful for the honor Rafael Carbonell and Lara Gale - you are doing amazing things for our next generation of economic leaders and I’m here to support you in your efforts through and through!! 🇺🇸🙏 Adams and Reese LLP Good Jobs First Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education #harvardkennedyschool #taubmancenter #econdev #economicdevelopment #jobs

Our sixth year teaching at Taubman Center/Harvard Kennedy School. Always amazed by the terrific students this new economic development curriculum attracts! And wowed by the sage pro-manufacturing, life experience-based advice Laura DiBella provided, not common among commerce secretaries!
