I'm going to make your life a lot easier... stop worrying about getting your launch right. Sure, if you have a large audience it might. But do you know that most large SaaS products still launch new products to a small subset of users and get feedback for months before launching it? Then when it launches it looks like they nailed it. If you have a small audience nobody will remember your launch one hour after it happens, so just get your product out there into some people's hands and start getting feedback.
