Where shall I begin to recap 2023, I think I could write a book about the last 6 months. When we started BONANA ‘2.0’, I couldn’t imagine that it would be so fulfilling and challenging at the same time. First but foremost, I want to thank all of our customers, which we really see as our partners. Even though we’re a start-up, we were really critical of which companies we prefer to work with. By focussing on digital mature SaaS & Business Services companies we made a really good match with the high seniority in our team and the complex problems of our customers. This really paid off in chemistry and results. Looking forward to build those commercial powerhouses even more in 2024! 🚀 We also built our ‘ideal tech stack’, with best-in-class solutions in every area. We added HubSpot, Oneflow, Leadinfo, Expandi.io, Stripe & Pluvo to that list. By working closely with them we were able to provide our customers with solid advice from A to Z. I’m so incredibly proud of the team we have at BONANA. Amazing people with a unique skill set that contribute hugely to the commercial success of our customers. I know that we can do even better, and by doing so achieving even better results. Time to bid farewell to my friends at Xentral ERP Software & "put a shrimp on the barbie" 🦐 Today’s my last day aboard this rocket & it’s been one hell of a ride 🚀 - 120 Logos - Shortest deal cycle: 2 hrs - Longest deal cycle: 18 months - SMB frequency to Mid Market deal structures & complexity - Growth market vs. market in a crisis - The entire SaaS sector going nuts A ton to learn! 💡 Felt like gaining the experience of 3 startups/scale-ups. I can fairly say I’m leaving with a toolbox full of fresh new sales wizardry & some cool new friends & mentors. Thanks to all the great people I met along the way. July 2024 was one of LimeChat’s best months yet. I’ve got to say, it was also one of the most enjoyable months for me this year. This all happened while Aniket and I took a step back from the day-to-day to focus on laying the path for future growth. Last quarter, we got into the weeds, tackling the root causes of any operational hiccups to make sure our team was set up for success. And it paid off - We hit our highest monthly revenue of the year. - Churn dropped to its lowest point in 18 months. - We saw our biggest onboarding pipeline movement ever. - Success team crushed it with the best NPS scores to date. - Tech team shipped the most features ever. - Complaints about stability were the lowest since we started. What’s been especially rewarding is seeing our managers, whom we’ve groomed from scratch in-house, really take charge. It’s great to watch them step up and own their roles. Sure, we want to grow fast, but building a strong foundation is what’s going to keep us going in the long run. Your team really is your biggest strength. We talk a lot about the struggles of building, but sometimes it’s good to step back and enjoy the wins. That’s why we moved up our offsite this month - to let the team blow off some steam!
