🌲Here is a handy, easy and highly nutritious pesto recipe for you to use this Christmas. It’s packed full of blood pressure supporting ingredients by providing a vasodilator effect.🌲 🌸Hope you love it as much as I do 🌸 🌿HEART HEALTHY GREEN PESTO🌿 ❤️Ingredients: 2 cups fresh basil leaves 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/3 cup pine nuts 3 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 🧄Instructions: Combine the basil leaves, olive oil, pine nuts, and garlic cloves. Place in a processor and blend until smooth. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and pulse to combine. 4. Serve with leftover meat, fish or roasted vegetables over the Christmas holidays.
