Everise has a 4.6 Glassdoor rating with over 16,000 reviews! To me, this rating isn’t just a number; it’s a mirror reflecting our culture and how we’re doing as leaders. At Everise, culture isn’t about flashy perks or fancy offices. It’s about creating an environment where every voice is heard and which is free from office politics and bureaucracy. When I started Everise, I aimed to build a culture rooted in genuine empathy, where people are excited to come to work, grow, and even recommend us to their friends. I’m incredibly proud to share that over 70% of our new hires last year came through referrals, 3,500 amazing individuals who joined us because our current team members advocated for us. :) Seeing this kind of employee advocacy reflected in our Glassdoor rating and in the rising share of employee referrals is truly rewarding. A huge shout-out to our fantastic leaders and everyone who makes Everise such a great place to be. Join us in celebrating Camille Sanders 15 years with J-U-B! 🌟 Her inspirational leadership, creative talent, and empathetic nature are just a few things that make us grateful and proud to have her on the team. Thank you for the wonderful contributions you continue to make to J-U-B. 💚 Why J-U-B? J-U-B has given me the opportunity to grow a career aligned with my varied interests and strengths in communications. I’ve been able to work with and learn from every discipline and office in J-U-B and I love the people here. 💚 What motivates you to come to work every day and give your best effort? Great people doing great work. I value working for a company committed to building better communities—both the physical infrastructure and the personal connections between consultants and clients and colleagues. 💚 What are some of your favorite hobbies or activities outside of work? I want to fit as much good stuff into life as possible: family, travel, books, food, and music. Most of my hobbies are me trying to learn more about the world. Travel helps me understand other people and cultures. I’m a voracious reader and book collector (those are two different hobbies 😉). 💚 What advice would you give to someone who is just starting in your role or department? Never stop learning. Learn the context around everything you do so you understand how your work can contribute to the success of the whole organization. 💚 Can you share a recent accomplishment or success story from your work? The amazing thing about our Communications Team is that we all work so seamlessly together that I myself can’t take credit for any of the accomplishments. #WorkAnniversary #EmployeeMilestone #OneJUB #JUBEngineers

**Things I learned and enjoyed this week at F&G:** This was *Connection Week*, and it was packed with team connections, meetings, and exciting updates about the company. My top three takeaways: 1. **Building Connections with Co-Workers:** Connection Week is a great opportunity to deepen internal partnerships. I had the chance to get to know my colleague Andy Brewer and discovered we’re both huge history buffs! Listening to Andy’s stories about his trips to places like Boston and London was fascinating. I could listen to him for hours. It was great connecting with you this week, Andy! 2. **Investing in Our Community:** We received fantastic updates on how F&G is actively connecting with and supporting the community through United Way inspiring to be part of a company that truly cares about making a difference where we live. 3. **Learning How We Work Best:** During our team focus session, we shared insights into how we each work best. It was refreshing to see everyone take the exercise seriously and be open about their preferences. This reinforced how stellar our team is! A big thank you to F&G for investing in relationships and creating an environment where connections thrive. #ConnectionWeek #Teamwork #Community #UnitedWay #LearningAndDevelopment #Grateful #CompanyCulture #BuildingRelationships #Leadership #FandG #ProfessionalGrowth

Reunited and It Feels So Good! There's something special about reconnecting with old colleagues, isn't there? Despite our vastly different roles now compared to when we worked together at what's now known as LocaliQ | USA TODAY NETWORK, when Amber Rebold, Katie Smith and I sat down together, it was like no time had passed at all. We seamlessly picked up where we left off, sharing stories of our journeys and celebrating each other's successes. It's moments like these that remind me it's not just about catching up; it's about cherishing friendships, sharing insights, and perhaps even hatching plans for future collaborations. 🚀 So here's to the power of staying in touch and the magic that happens when old colleagues come together in new chapters of their careers. Cheers to friendship, growth, and many more coffee-fueled conversations to come! ☕️💼 Tag someone you miss working with and set up a coffee or virtual meet up today! Trust me, you won't regret it. #CoffeeBreak #Reunion #OldColleagues #NewRoles #Networking #CareerGrowth #CatchUp #Collaboration
☕️ Catching Up N' Coffee: Who says reunions are just for high school?!☕️ So I currently work for a former colleague- Steve Collins at Vereigen Media. He and I had BOTH previously worked with the effervescent & brilliant Katie Smith who is since long standing with Haute. All 3 in vastly different roles than we were when we worked together at whats now known as LocaliQ | USA TODAY NETWORK ; yet we still picked up where we left off as we learned about our current realities and reminisced about where those roles lead us today. It's not just about catching up; it's about celebrating each other's successes, sharing insights, and maybe even hatching plans for future collaborations. 🚀 So here's to the power of staying in touch and the magic that happens when old colleagues come together in new chapters of their careers. Cheers to friendship, growth, and many more coffee-fueled conversations to come! ☕️💼 If you can think of someone you miss working with, you should tag them here to set up a coffee or virtual meet up! I recommend it. #CoffeeBreak #Reunion #OldColleagues #NewRoles #Networking #CareerGrowth #CatchUp #Collaboration

What’s it like working at Alliance? Well it’s different to one of the big corporates. To begin with, you are not treated as a resource to be squeezed. It's a less formal work setting where people are encouraged to speak their mind freely and have a laugh. It’s more relaxed and friendly. In fact we often find people start working together at Alliance and then choose to hang out together outside of work. But the best evidence we have that our team like working at Alliance is that they keep coming back. That’s right, we’ve had people leave, naturally, but they often come back – choosing a better work/life balance and stating how much they have missed Alliance’s relaxed and supportive culture. To those that have rejoined us after a stint at the multidisciplinary firms, Welcome Home we say.

Here at Black Cape, we work hard to help our clients solve hard problems. This past weekend, several of us helped solve a different kind of problem: running a Ragnar Events LLC Relay. 🏃♂️💼 120(ish) miles, 8 teammates, 2 days of pushing boundaries, cheering each other on, and overcoming every obstacle that came our way. It was more than just a race—it was a perfect metaphor for our workplace culture. At Black Cape, teamwork and collaboration aren't just buzzwords—they’re the foundation of everything we do. Ragnar emphasized things we already know and live every day: 🤝 The power of trust: Just like in the race, we rely on each other to deliver, whether it's handing off the baton or wrapping up a project. 🧠 Resilience: When the hours got long and the miles tougher, we dug deep, just like when challenges arise at work. We push through, together. 🎉 Celebrating each other: Every finish line—big or small—is a reason to celebrate. Just like we do at work, we lifted each other up, keeping energy high with positive reinforcement and support. Being part of this corporate Ragnar team reminded me why I love working here—success is a team effort, and together, we consistently go the distance. Oh, and did I mention we took third place in our division? That was the icing on the cake. We've already signed up not one but two teams for next year's race! Yet another reason why I love what I do, and the support we consistently receive from our Black Cape leaders, Al Di Leonardo, Abe Usher, Brian Poe, among many others. #RagnarRelay #Teamwork #CorporateCulture #WorkplaceWellness #Collaboration #Endurance #BlackCape
